These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The “I Do” Desk services. By booking a consultation or planning package, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Services

The “I Do” Desk provides virtual wedding planning services, including full-service planning, guided planning, and one-on-one consultations. Packages, add-ons, and pricing are outlined on the website. Services are provided virtually unless otherwise specified.

 

2. Booking & Deposits

A deposit (30% of your package total, unless otherwise agreed) is required to reserve your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but applied toward your package total. Payment plans are available; full balance is due according to the agreed schedule prior to your wedding date.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding wedding details, budgets, vendors, and timelines. Clients are responsible for final decisions regarding vendors, contracts, and purchases.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. Package services may be rescheduled with advance notice; additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

The “I Do” Desk provides planning guidance and organization support. While we aim to make your planning stress-free, we are not liable for vendor errors, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances on your wedding day. Clients understand that vendors, venues, and other third parties are outside the control of The “I Do” Desk.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on The “I Do” Desk website, including text, graphics, templates, and resources, is owned by The “I Do” Desk. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
